How do I change or cancel my reservation, and is there a fee for an additional call?
To change or cancel your reservation, you can send me an email. For the initial adjustment, I'm pleased to provide a call at no cost. Purchasing an additional call plan would be necessary if you wanted to make multiple changes to the initial request.
Are on-site interpretation services available?
Yes, I offer on-site interpretation services in the Kanagawa and Tokyo regions. I will provide you with a quote after you send me an email with the details.
Can you make reservations that need to be held with a credit card?
Regretfully, no. I don't currently accept requests that need to be made with a credit card.
